Who we are

We’re a London-based company that offers agentic AI workflows to patent attorneys. Hundreds of patent attorneys in the US and EU use ClaimWise as a sounding board to convince examiners and opponents with stronger arguments and amendments. We built our agents in collaboration with the in-house IP team of an industrial partner.

What we offer

ClaimWise offers the first team of AI agents for responding to EPO search opinions and preparing oppositions. Specialized assistants for novelty, inventive step, claim amendments and more, work together to draft responses to examiner and opponent arguments. Each agent acts independently with knowledge of cited prior art, examination guidelines, and the patent at hand to propose the best strategies. Like real trainees, they also know when to ask for input. More than co-pilot tools, ClaimWise delivers reliable and transparent responses - without complex prompt engineering.
