Claudia Jamin is heading the IP practice in Europe and is the general legal counsel for global technology management of the ABB Group, a global leader in power and automation technologies, operating in more than 100 countries.

As a member of the ABB’s IP Strategic Leadership Team, Claudia Jamin is responsible for a team of more than 50 IP specialists throughout six countries, leading all IP and legal matters of ABB’s R&D organization, including IP strategy, portfolio management, conflicts and monetization, as well as digital transformation.

With more then 20 years of professional experience, Claudia Jamin has held numerous leadership positions at ABB, Ernst & Young and PwC. She is an attorney at law admitted to the German bar practicing law for more than 20 years. Claudia Jamin is a regular speaker at international IP conferences.
