He brings over 20 years of global experience across IP, R&D, data, and analytics, with a strong track record of building and scaling high‑performing, technology‑enabled businesses. Previously, Justin was Global EVP and Head of Intellectual Property and R&D at Evalueserve, and has held senior commercial and leadership roles at LexisNexis, IQVIA, and Nielsen, including being part of the founding team for LexisNexis IP solutions. An MBA graduate of the University of East Anglia, Justin is an IAM 300‑recognised global IP leader and strategist, and a board member of GLIPA, supporting IP education, diversity, and access.
