Patent search is entering a new era and the pace of change is only accelerating. As agentic search tools promise faster answers and broader access to patent intelligence, the real competitive advantage lies in knowing when to trust the results, when to challenge them, and how to turn them into better decisions. This session takes on one of the most important questions facing today’s patent professionals: how do you harness the power of next-generation search without losing rigor, judgment, or confidence in the outcome?
Join us for a practical and thought-provoking discussion on the promise, limits, and real world use of agentic search in patent work that is brought to life through a live demo of the process in action. You’ll leave with a clearer framework for defining what “good enough” means in different risk scenarios, expanding access responsibly beyond patent specialists, and avoiding the costly trap of over-trusting automated outputs.
If you’re looking to work smarter, faster, and see where patent search is going next, this is a session you won’t want to miss.
